Andrew's Champions League Preview and Predictions

Shalke v Arsenal
High flying Shalke meet Arsenal at the back of a disappointing loss at manchester United, Shalke beat the gunners the last time they met at the Emirates, it is going to be a classical encounter considering the winner goes top of the group with 2 games to go.
The bad news for Arsenal is Shalke has been scoring an average of 2 goals per game this season. Klass-Jan Huntelaar and Jefferson Farfan are on fire, will the gunners; average defence cope? but the Germans also let in alot of goals which could be a potential opening for the gunners. Arsenal have all kinds of problems from injuries to confidence but they should be able to pick up this important win as they always win in Germany.
Prediction: 1 - 2

Manchester city v Ajax
Failure to beat the Dutch team tonight would all but eliminate the English champions at the group stage of the champions league for the second consecutive season.
Man city are missing Micah Richards and Maicon but should be too strong for Ajax who are expected to field the same team that beat city
Prediction: 2-0

Dynamo Kiev v Porto
Porto has the inform Colombian duo of James Rodriguez and Jackson Martinez as they look to beat Kiev for the second time in 2 weeks. Martinez has scored 12 goals in 13 games this season and has made their fans forget to quickly about Hulk. Kiev currently lie 3rd in the group but go into this game after a 2-0 win at the weekend. This will be a tight game and each team will score.
Prediction: 1-1

AC Milan v Malaga
Malaga have picked up maximum points so far without conceding a goal, what a record! but they are travelling to the San Siro to face the seven time winners. Milan is looking to recover some pride, so i think they will easily beat Malaga
Prediction: 3-1

Anderlecht v Zenit
This game has alot of impact on this group because both teams occupy the bottom places in Group c and know that a win for any would give a realistic chance of qualifying. Zenit has had 5 consecutive wins and Anderlecht has picked up just one point in this competition. On paper Zenit looks the stronger even without star striker Hulk.
Prediction: 0-2

Olympiakos v Montpellier
Olympiakos stole all 3 points in the dying minutes in France. the good news is Olympiakos has lost their last 4 games against French visitors. the French champions should get something out of this game because last time around they played very well against the Greek in France.
Prediction: 1-1

PSG v Dinamo Zagreb
PSG lost in shocking fashion at the weekend but will most definately beat the struggling Croatians. Dinamo must beat PSG to have hope of qualification. Carlo Anchelloti's men will definately eliminate them.
Prediction: 3-0

Real Madrid v Borrusia Dortmund.
Dortmund haven't won away from home in the champions league for nine years. this will not change at Real. Madrid have won their last seven champions league matches at home. Dortmund has also won only once in 8 visits to spain. Madrid has a fully fit team with top scorer Ronaldo raring to go and get revenge.
Prediction: 4-1
